Avenue 33

The four elegant, low-rise buildings of Avenue33 frame a secluded landscaped courtyard. Building stacked townhomes to VBBL step code3 & 4 requires careful planning for the air barrier and vapour barrier, for structural framing with HRV and air-conditioning ductwork, all while maintaining efficiently planned open living spaces. Our role through preconstruction guided the design team to employ Target Value Design to ensure the VERTEX vision was realized.
